Effective March 30, EMS Premium Home Delivery is conveniently available for a fee of RMB 150 per passport, regardless of visa type or destination. It includes coverage of RMB 3,500 in the unfortunate event that your passport is lost.

Until April 30, applicants may pay the EMS courier either cash-on-delivery (COD) or via pre-payment by visiting https://vfs.gtspremium.com/#/. Starting May 5, COD will no longer be available, and applicants must use the pre-payment option for EMS Premium Home Delivery.

Premium delivery service fee is not refundable.

To use premium service – home delivery you have to provide a Mainland Chinese home/office address (in Chinese only, not in English) and a Mainland Chinese personal phone number.

You must enter your address in the following order (in Chinese, not in English): Province - City - Street - Building - Room.

This service does not cover outside mainland China and if applicants add an address outside of Mainland China, it will result in non-delivery.

Please note that to collect your passport at one of our EMS locations or from the courier you must present an original government-issued photo ID. If your representative is collecting your passport from the document collection office or from courier on your behalf - even in case of family members - the representative must present additional documents. Our authorized partner will issue invoice (Fapiao) towards premium delivery service. Please click https://fapiao.vfsglobal.com/invoice, fill in your UID and transaction no. (CITIC) / AWB no. (EMS) in the electronic form. We suggest you submitting the request 5-7 working days after payment.

Applicants can pick up their passport and submit their documents (221(g) documents, Interview Waiver Application) at the following 5 CITIC locations for free:

Beijing - 1F, Bldg E, No 8, Fuhua Mansion, Chaoyangmen North Street, Beijing

Guangzhou - 1st Floor, CITIC Plaza, No. 233 Tianhe Road (North), Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China

Shanghai - Pacific Plaza, GF, No 1168 Nanjing West Rd, Shanghai

Shenyang - Branch Office, 336, Daxi Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang, Liaoning

Wuhan - No. 2 Nanjing Road, Jiang'an District, Wuhan, Hubei

It also includes coverage of RMB 3,500 in the unfortunate event that your passport is lost.

Please note we will not be able to issue invoice (Fapiao) towards the MRV fee.

自2026年3月30日起，EMS直送到家服务服务方便快捷，每本护照收费人民币150元，无论签证类型或目的地如何。若护照不幸丢失，本服务包括高达人民币3,500元的护照丢失保障。

截至4月30日，申请人可通过访问 gtspremium.com/#/ 在线预付直送到家服务费，或向 EMS 快递员支付货到付款 (COD)。自5月5日起，货到付款将不再提供，申请人必须使用预付款方式支付直送到家服务费用。

付费文件传递服务费用无法退款。

所有返还的护照／文件将会被送至以下您所选择的地址或填写的地址。如果使用付费服务——运送到家，您必须提供中国大陆的家庭/办公室地址（必须使用中文，不得包含英文）和一个中国大陆的个人联系电话。请注意邮寄地址的填写（必须使用中文，不得包含英文）顺序为：省-市-街道-幢-室。此服务不包括中国大陆以外的地区（例如港澳地区），如果申请人的邮寄地址是中国大陆以外，将导致护照无法送达。

请注意，无论您是在EMS办公室领取护照或是从快递员处收取护照，您必须出示由政府颁发的带有照片的有效身份证件原件。如果您的护照是由他人代领（即使是家庭成员），代领人必须提供额外的文件。查看所需文件，请访问ustraveldocs.com/cncn-niv-passporttrack.asp。 快递员只说中文。

我们授权的合作伙伴可以为付费文件传递服务开具发票。请点击 https://fapiao.vfsglobal.com/invoice，在电子表格里提供UID号以及交易流水号（中信付费）或快递单号（EMS付费）。我们建议您在缴费后5-7个工作日再申请开票。
